Abstract

The use of modern technologies and the implementation of innovative projects during the reconstruction works in Karabakh turned the mentioned region into a center of digital development. Azerbaijan's 2030 socio-economic development national priorities and strategic vision innovation policy program, signed by President Ilham Aliyev in 2021, also declares digitization as a priority area among development directions. There are all possibilities for the application of modern standards in the territories freed from occupation, and the available resources have been mobilized promptly. In the article, the contribution of the application of high technologies in Karabakh to the protection of our cultural heritage was analyzed, substantiated, and the results and perspectives were determined. The purpose of writing the work is to analyze the state policy in the relevant direction. During the research of the article, the decrees of President Ilham Aliyev on the implementation of relevant projects, the legal concepts prohibiting the destruction of cultural heritage, as well as the news on social media about the reconstruction works in Karabakh were used.
